We rented a home with Silver Creek Valley Properties for a year and were extremely happy with the entire experience from signing the lease to moving out. I loved the ease of paying my rent online and being able to easily request/report any issues that way as well. They always responded quickly and got whatever was needed done! I would highly recommend this property management company.

Once again, Jean Sargent was on top of a repair.  This time it was a water leak at a rental.  Within a day, she scheduled a contractor to do a site visit to determine if it was related to an earlier water/sewer line leak.  It was not.  The leak was related to an irrigation issue.  She had the gardeners respond the next day to repair the valve.  Silver Creek Valley Properties provides excellent service.

We have been renting a home through Lisa and SCVP for over 3 years now. The owners live out of the country and we have found it doesn't take long to get repairs approved by the owners, considering the extreme time difference, due to the diligence of their staff. I like the ability to pay rent, safely online. I'm also a fan of the online portal where we can easily request maintenance repairs. We are very happy with Lisa and SCVP.

Lisa has managed our property for years with several different tenants.  Every transition was quick and efficient.  As a property owner, I never have any issues regarding communication or otherwise.  I am very satisfied with her and her company's service and highly recommend her company for property management.
