Refer a Client to Silver Creek Valley Property Management

$200 referral to any agent who refers a client that signs a property management agreement with us. The referral fee will be paid after the first month’s rent has been collected.

**Please note that we only take on owner clients right now, and not residents looking for a rental home. If we have a rental home that fits one of your client’s needs (see or link to our vacancies page), then we can certainly provide them with the application paperwork and work with them, but we represent owner-clients only. If your resident-client is a good fit for our owner-clients, then we’re happy to pay a referral fee to you as well.
