Once again, Jean Sargent was on top of a repair.  This time it was a water leak at a rental.  Within a day, she scheduled a contractor to do a site visit to determine if it was related to an earlier water/sewer line leak.  It was not.  The leak was related to an irrigation issue.  She had the gardeners respond the next day to repair the valve.  Silver Creek Valley Properties provides excellent service.
