Follow the steps below to get started.

Prepare

 

   Gather Documents for Online Uploads:

  • IDENTIFICATION:
    Driver's License or Visa/Work Permit
  • PROOF OF INCOME:
    Most Recent 2 Consecutive Paystubs, OR (if you do not receive paystubs) Most Recent 3 Consecutive Bank Statements (must be in your name)
   Gather last 3 years of residential history (address and landlord contact information as needed) along with any other information you have which you might deem helpful, like reference letters from formal landlords, savings account(s), etc.

Step 2

Apply Online

   Pick the Property via the link below.

   Pay the $45 application fee (each person 18 or over must submit their own application).

   Applicants under 21 may require a guarantor.

   Special Note:  If you do not have a social security number, please fill out the application as best you can, provide a copy of your Visa/Work Permit, with any bank savings and reference letters. Your application fee will be refunded to you since no reports can be ran.

   If you have Animals/Pets:  Follow Step 3.

Pet Screening

 Pets will be accepted on a case-by-case basis. If you apply without prior pet approval, note that application fees will not be refunded if your pet is denied.   

 You must notate one of the following profiles on your application:

  • No Pets or Animals
  • Household Pet (1 profile for each pet):
    • The third-party pet application may charge for each pet-profile. 
    • Each pet will be an additional $100/month in pet rent and additional $500 in security deposit.
    • You will need to sign a pet addendum showing that your pet(s) are spayed/neutered and you have liability insurance for them
  • Assistance Animal (1 profile for each pet)
    • No Additional Fees Required

 All pets/animals must be screened online via our third-party qualifying through https://scvpm.petscreening.com.

 

What Comes Next?

We process applications with 48 hours or sooner.

You will receive an email to inform you of the status of your application.

Application Status Includes:

  • Approved
  • Conditionally Approved (possibility of additional deposit)
  • Denied

Once approved, you must sign a lease and pay the deposit within 48 hours or the unit will be given to the next Applicant.
